Kids Herbal Sprouts Workshops
This class is geared for children ages 6 – 13 years old.
Every 2 weeks during the summer, come and learn about an herb. Each class will focus on one herb. We’ll discover the plant, talk about its many uses, make a craft and recipe, sing songs and tell stories about the herb. Bring a sack lunch and enjoy the day in a rural setting learning about how special herbs are!
Each child will receive a copy of Herbal Roots zine that corresponds with the herb we are teaching about, plus get to take home a completed recipe and craft.
Bring your own sack lunch. Drinks will be provided (homemade lemonade or ginger ale and/or water)
